The Circle of the Eclipse
The Circle of the Eclipes is a coven that was originally created to be astronomers, however, unlike any other coven, their purpose was changed on direct request by Grand Duchess Da'na Avarian. They were asked to become the guardians of the boarder of Kelarpian. While most of the different countries within the continent of Centralis have open lines, Kelarpian, being the safe haven for witches is a bit harder to get into than other counties, and The Circle of the Eclipse is there to make sure that no one who is not suppose to, gets into the country. They have not had any major issues in a while, and rumor has it they have turned their attention to some different kinds of arts recently to occupy their time.
