Leader of The Circle of the Eclipse, and a very powerful Witch. She is also very well known for her baking abilities. She runs a very tight ship. While she is the head of the Circle of the Eclipse, she is also known as fourth and final colonel. Her vote counts as two, but she can still be overruled by the other three colonels if need be.
