Targus Jartin

Targus Jartin is a Chaotic Good Minotaur monk, who helps manage the combat abilities of the crew aboard the Swooning Hawk. He nearly matches Orfail in terms of combat ability, but took the spot because of his ability to organize and discipline the crew into proper fighters. He respects Pauline and Orfail, but is indiscriminate when it comes to discipline, which is what impresses Pauline the most in his role as Marshal. Targus is a bit of a rough personality, despite being kind. He grew up on the streets, with little more than his fists to win money for himself in fighting rings- Which is where he developed his unique fighting style. Since the style is difficult to teach to most of the crew, however, Targus often relies on his own self-discipline to learn and understand sword-fighting and teach it to the crew. He also tends to focus more on fighting weaponless for the crew, so they will be able to defend themselves even when without a weapon, or when caught in a grapple.
