Signal Ring
Signal Rings are rings given to members of the five factions and give the wearer the rank of Signal, allowing them to advise parties who have gone through the The Iris from Horizon - City
Each ring bares the symbol of the faction they represent and is extremely personal to its owner. When a fation memeber is killed in the line of duty, their ring, if able to be recovered, is embedded in the Ring Wall.
The materials for the rings if mined out of a place simply called The Ring Quarry.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
When exchanged with another ring bearer, it allows a person to communicate across planes.
Manufacturing process
The manufacturing process is unknown to all but a hand full in Horizon. All that is truly known is it done with teh combined effort of the artisans of The Chamber of Commerce and the oversight of the The Adventuring Guild.
