Signal
A Signal is a person who maintains a telepathic link with a member of a party that has gone through the The Iris or Oculus.
Requirements
To be a Signal, you must possess a Signal Ring and be a trained representative of one of the five factions.
Responsibilities
The Signal is resposible for opening and closing the portal first and foremost. The safety of those on the otherside is paramount. They also must be able to take notes, relay messages back to those in Horizon, and give advice to those whom which they are signaling.

The only unifying equipment of all Signals in the Signal Ring
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Signals are constantly evaluated on their duties and in very rare instances, can be stripped of their ring if circumstances are agrigious enough.
