Ulfgar
Ulfgar is a town that believes in hard work, the despise magic as they see it as the easy way out. They have many festivals in a year and are the birthplace of Rambleberries, you will not be able to find them anywhere else.
Demographics
When the town was first settled, it was just dwarves, over the years following the arrivals of the rest of the founding families, other races, elves, humans, and tieflings, began to move in. Those races make up the majority of the population. Most people are a middle class as they all work together, the founding families being there longer and owning the corner stones of the town are more high class. 1% aristocratic, 24% wealthy, 20% comfortable, 10%modest, 30% poor, 5% squalid, 0% wretched
Government
The government here is a council made of the 'founding families', the people who actually turned it into a town instead of leaving it a settlement. They mainly work to find both sides to an issue and discuss it amongst each other to come up with a fair rule.

Defences
They have some towers around the perimeter and have some guards patrolling the seats. The main times that the pillars are used are at night and when they are expecting any imports to ensure that no one hijacks the shipments.

Assets
Hearts Price Antiques has a bunch of things that people don't need anymore, whether they came from people in town or bought off of travellers. This is the only place in town you would have the possibility of finding magic items. Finding them, however, is low because they usually give them to their daughter to travel to resell them to someone else.
Ulfgar's Might is the blacksmith they spend their time repairing all of the tools people in the town break. Mithri takes no nonsense, and if you get in her way, she will refuse service and kick you out and will not let you back in for at least a week min.
Ecstasy & Exsanguination is the butcher shop where you will be given freshly obtained meat from the owner's slaughter house. your order will be fulfilled and you will be slightly turned on seeing her passion for her work.
Lazy Lord Inn is a modest Inn, it is known for having a spacious, large ceiling that can fit almost anyone, no matter how tall. They have some decent process for their rooms and food prices, but they will withhold 30 GP for incidentals.
Physician there to help with any injuries big or small, all of the help provided is practical no magic in use. This can cause him to misdiagnose magical ailments or be unable to identify symptoms of magic diseases.
Nourrissant is a nice restaurant for taking a loved one out to eat, they have specials that you can't get anywhere else like Rambleberry wine. The building is made of wood but has some engravings into give a nicer outwards appearance. On the inside tables are polished and engraved with floral design, the smell of food wafts through the air, and there is a peaceful and joyful atmosphere
Spine Shatter Clothes is the main source of clothing for the town of course there are other but this is the most well known, they offer different things to travellers that are worse quality because they believe that if they are going to ruin their hard work by fighting bandits on purpose why should they give them their best work.
History
This location used to be used as a camping place by goblins. Ulfgar and his friends liked the fertile land so they stormed the goblin camp sending them away and established a small settlement, in the year 7,000. The people now known as the town council began to join Ulfgar and his friends over the next 20 years, building houses and community. He instilled a love of labour and distaste for magic seeing it as the easy way out. Eventually, he passed from illness in the year 7,024 leaving the other families to uphold his traditions and his way of life. They formed the town council to talk about things that should be changed to enhance life here. Over time it became more than a settlement it became a full-on town, and they are very proud of it.
Tourism
The festivals are well known to people all over the kingdom, they drink a lot of alcohol. They would come to try the Ulfgar traditional foods like Tomascoes and Rambleberries.

Geography
This settlement is right beside the woods, goblins will sometimes try to raid the town at night but the guards are always there to stop them.
Climate
The climate is usually warm with semi-regular precipitation.
Natural Resources
They have wood from the forest and water from an underground well. They get things like coal imported from other nearby settlements. They also are the only settlement to grow Rambleberries and will not let anyone else grow them.
