History
Ulfgar was the original leader as he was the original founder of the settlement, as the rest of the founding families arrived they formed the council, Rambleford was always good at mediating between members. When Ulfgar got sick he appointed Rambleford to take over if he did not make it. Rambleford makes the final call on any decision.
