Circle Syndicate
The Circle Sundicate is a group of druids that reside within the bayou known as the Twiwood. The Druids here work to protect their domain, including the ruins of an old druid settlement within the massive bayou trees. The druids here have learned about different ways nature can grant power, they have access to other subclasses that the rest don't.
Structure
The Grand Druid is the leader of the group, that oversees the rest of the syndicate. The rest of the druids live in no clear hierarchy, depending on the ways they help nature, they've chosen jobs they enjoy and that will support the rest of the group.
Culture
Basically, the circle of life, they understand that having to kill animals for food and picking herbs for medicine, everything has a natural time to die. If there is an undead,d as long as they don't try to make more or return to life, they will be fine. If someone comes and disrespects nature, their domain, they will be harshly attacked and most likely killed. Their beliefs might vary slightly depending on which Circle they belong to, but nature and its spirits guide them. Through ritual, the spirits of nature commune with the druids for important matters like the circle ceremony,y where the spirits guide one's soul to the Circle that fits them best.
Public Agenda
They don't advertise themselves, people do not know they are here. if people find them, they say that their goal is to protect the twiwood and the surviving druidic history. With the undertones that if we find you disrespecting nature you will most likely not leave alive or you will leave with severe brain damage and crippling PTSD.
Assets
They have the entire bayou at their disposal; all of their building are inside massive ancient overgrown trees providing good stealth and defence. They make their weapons out of the bones of their kills, they refuse to let any part of the animal go to waste. There is a large group of druids, and recently, it seems others with similar ideals but different classes are finding their way there and joining their ranks. A few members use fake names and get jobs just in case they need something they can't get from the bayou.
