Stolm
A Stolm is a semi-autonomous province within the Republic of Gattland, defined less by fixed borders than by its right to political representation. Each Stolm holds the authority to name a Seat to the Kronhaus, the republic’s central governing body, and it is this act of representation that gives a Stolm its identity and legitimacy. Most Stolms encompass several towns or cities, often bound together by trade routes, shared history, or uneasy necessity rather than unity or ideology.
