The Faerie Wonderland

(The contents of this page, apart from Wonderland’s name, Court names and the fact that it exists are NOT common knowledge)
“I thought this place was going to be filled with magic; instead I lost control of all senses of sight, sound, direction, and perception...I-I have no idea what is real anymore.”
— Unknown
The Fae Realm is a land filled to the brim with fantastical and curious creatures and events. Although this normally would induce a magical state of ambience, the abundance of these events and peoples within give new passerbys a chaotic, confusing, and overwhelming experience… much like a very bad trip on psychedelics or hallucinogens. The sky is constantly in a state of night, with the moon and stars covering all. This is quite irrelevant, as this is almost always overpowered by the thick bioluminescence, trippy glowing waves of vision-inducing storms, and general magical light that overtakes the floor. The idea of natural disaster present in the mortal realm is far too common of an experience in the Fae Realm, yet is much more unique. Windstorms of spirits singing ear-ringing tones may flood every several hours, and tsunamis of bright lights may come, briefly blinding everyone and permanently altering the colouration of the area until another wave might come. The Faerie creatures which inhabit this realm seem to have no knowledge of morality and are quite selfish. Mortal ideas such as “good” or “bad” are alien, as the Fae have developed their own alien culture of twisted and “off their rocker” ways. The well-known creatures called "Near-Fey" find their origin in this mysterious land.

Introduction

The Fae Realm is in a constant state of change and motion. Four separate courts, inflicted by the associations of the seasons, shift and flood the landmass of the realm; chaotically holding domain over whatever possible. The Faerie Wonderland is the source of Wonderland Essence that is composed of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn Energy. The Lords, Ladies, Princes, and Princess of each Court know to constantly change and shift, one lord during one Epoch may be usurped the next by their Prince.   Each court is a nomadic migration of faeries, plants, and ambience; continually changing the land wherever they go. These beings serve their Court's respective 2 Princes and/or Princesses who in turn serve that Court's Fey Lord or Lady. Lords/Ladies are powerful and mighty beings that lead these migrations and rule over each of the courts. One would think that this is the extent of the Faerie Wonderland leadership but there lies one more level. The Fey King or Queen to whom all bow to. This being is capable of tremendous feats, having ascended to the throne from their home Court. A prime example of a past Fey King/Queen is Queen Evengelical.   The current Fey King/Queen is someone. After the latest death of Queen Evengelical, for the past multiple Eras the concurrent entity residing over the Wonderland has ruled in absolute secrecy, yet with an iron fist. Not even the Courtly Lords know from which court the King/Queen originated, yet the Fey Monarch has a tremendous amount of neutrality in all affairs. Keeping its communication almost exclusively to either the Fae Royalty itself, or its strange knightly Fae underlings incapable of speech. They remain in the Ever Palace, located at the centre of the Seasonal Courts. Royalty breakdown.

Geography

Court of Summer: The Vibrant

One of the Seelie Courts, what one firstly notices in the court of summer is that they feel an overwhelming warmth, sending them into an uncomfortable sweat. The colours here are much more radiant and warm, with some even going as far as temporarily blinding a person. Strikes of lightning and waves of these colours are sent as these blinding lights. Heatstroke is incredibly common, and any food one eats contributes to this. Like a desert, mirages are common here.. and people, in their heatstroke and desperation, begin to see experiences of consolation. A person might “see” a cooling lake, yet when they flee into it they’d find that it is simply a boiling pool enjoyed by faeries, and upon their disturbance, the person will be attacked by their burning bodies.   Summer Court. Artwork is Desert Landscape by rambled Geographically, the various storms, plantlife, and Faeries seem to form the land to have extending flat patches, with tall, thin mountains breaking through this pattern. These mountains are rocky and hot to the touch. Although rocky, they are not the colour of mundane rocks and are also painted with warm-coloured designs. The sky is constantly overtaken with radiating waves of colour, just as blinding as the sun could be. Water is near impossible to come across, and what may look like water is actually a sticky, warm puddle of heart-breaking liquid to those who thirst for coolness. Dead, dry trees grow in the crevices of these mountains and thinly hangover above, offering very little shade. The only source of Summer Energy.

Court of Winter: The Fridged

One of the Unseelie Courts, when one enters the court of winter, they immediately hear overwhelming whispers. Cool-coloured yet vibrant icicles hang from trees. This court notably has more caves, the walls of which appearing painted with colour and causing the whispers to echo against one another. Not many living things stay out in the open, however the unique ambient effects that appear casually in the other courts plague this court in abundance. Hallucination-inducing “Acid” rain falls here often, chilling windstorms bring along confusing waves of whispers and more.   Winter Court. Artwork is Frozen Wastes of Winter by bogjh The terrain of this court is very jagged and unpredictable. Most of the explorable mass is underground in confusing caves which the unfortunate one may enter, doomed to be trapped. Above the caves, there are hills that bend to the side and hang downwards like icicles, further confusing travellers on what direction the surface they are standing on is in. There is cold water in this court, and in the Fae Realm, the reflection of water may cause a person to see what is not there. Their own very features may morph as they watch, or ominous beings may be seen in the reflection which are not actually there. Frozen lakes are common, with holes breaking through every so often. These holes do not lead to any depth of water, but into a frozen tunnel that leads to the aforementioned caves. The only source of Winter Energy.

Court of Autumn: The Harvest

One of the Unseelie Courts, the court of Autumn has a densely-packed canopy of trees and crystals high in the sky, blocking any light the moon and stars could give off. This is combined with some underground caverns which form every so often. This allows the floor to be much more densely packed with fungi and bioluminescence. Giant mushrooms and small mushrooms cover the area, and rot and blight overtake much of the land. Nearly all of these mushrooms are psychedelic, each with their unique hallucinations and properties.. yet all would be a horrible experience to consumers, especially if they consume them while they have to endure the already trippy properties of the Fae realm as a whole. This court is much quieter in terms of audio, yet the chance of hallucination is greatly increased in the presence of it. Pestilences of swarms of insects and small fae are common here, feasting on rot and causing the decay of more plant-life. Underneath the canopy lie spots of volcanic land, black and grey with lava flowing through them, here great volcanoes and huge monuments to pass Oread fey lords of the court stand.   Autumn Court. Artwork is a stock image from VectorStock Fog sweeps through and cascades down caverns and giant mushrooms like waterfalls. The fog of course does not keep a constant colour nor appearance. Fog may even travel upwards, rising in an uproar. There are many boulders on the surface which contrasts the normally flat ground. Many things grow in the crevices of these boulders. Swampy areas grow thick on the above-ground surface, with murky water and Fae hiding behind the moss that grows from trees. The Autumn Court once stood immune to the expansion of the Spring Court through a constant decay effect, but after shifts in lordship, has lost the effect. The only source of Autumn Energy.

Court of Spring: The Orchestra

One of the Seelie Courts, the court of spring is the loudest realm of all, home to singing faeries of all kinds. Ear-piercing screams, entrancing lullabies, and intense bands of music all fill the air. Colours are the brightest and most varied here, yet are not as blinding as the court of summer, as they tend to be more elegant than warm. This doesn’t save a person from the confusion and corrupting of senses that they would normally have when viewing so many colours at once, though. Plantlife is most varied here, each with interesting properties as they have had the chance to evolve to be vastly different. Claustrophobia immediately presses down on the minds of visitors here, as plant life seems to cling to everything in abundance...above and below. Various biomes intermixed crowd chaotically in the Spring realm, sparsity never really seen. The only source of Spring Energy.

Localized Phenomena

Summer Court

Glass Sandstorms:
Glass sandstorms are a cloud of sand-like dust that blows every so often in the Summer Court. This is a very rare, yet painful event. The sand melts in the heat of the air and becomes tiny glass shards of bright colouration. These cause tiny cuts and scrapes on the skin, causing much pain.   Mirages:
Mirages are hallucinations that are common in the Summer Court. Although mirages do happen in mundane deserts, these are much stronger and occur more often in the Fae Realm. Something in the air inflicts these very often. They appear to victims as extremely falsified variations of a scene in front of them.. usually a soothing sight ahead to the heat of the Court. They have been known to appear as cool, crisp rivers, a mug of clear water, or an open, breezy field. Yet in actuality, they are hot, sticky rivers, a mug of embersap, or a scorching field with dead foliage.   Heatwaves:
Heatwaves are extremely common and occur nearly every hour. They are a massive wave of a mixture of bright, warm colours, which spreads into a singular direction. This alters the colouration of everything it touches until a heatwave of another colour scheme changes it. The waves themselves are much hotter and more painful to endure than the Summer Court as a whole.

Winter Court

Whisper Bubbles:
More often than not, rain appears to be upside down in the Winter Court. Released from the ground, small water bubbles raise up into the sky and appear like upwards rain. When these bubbles pop near a person, they release whisper-level audio that plays the hearer’s thoughts in chaotic, mass formations. Only the listener hears their own thoughts, as it is simply an amplified hallucination-like state of thought. This is quite overwhelming, as physically hearing one’s own thoughts is disorienting, to say the least.   Acid Rain:
When rain falls in the Winter Court in the correct direction, it has quite a unique property. What many know as the drug “acid” falls from the sky here, and induces the same hallucination upon absorption of the skin.   Echo Windstorms:
The wind in the Winter Court seems to carry echoes several hundred times more strongly, amplifying words into a thousand whispers that travel. When windstorms occur, a chaotic jumble of dialogue blows through the courts, filling the ears of all.   Auroras:
The sky in the Winter Court is occasionally brought to a drug-like life as crisp waves of colour overtake it. This is much like mundane auroras, except they appear to be much lower, intense, and in a vast variety of colours.

Autumn Court

Floating Ravines:
As burrows, rot, and mycelium dig through the ground, ravines are commonly seen in the Autumn Court. When big enough, the gravitational properties seem to shift drastically. From the surface level down, gravity does not exist and everything floats in odd ways. Cave systems that branch out sideways from the ravine may shift gravity into the said direction.   Crystal Mouths:
Crystal mouths are singular gems that grow from caves and seem to have a mouth-like crack in them that moves. The crystal faintly glows as the mouth moves in breathing motions. If spoken to, the crystal will reply, showing its evident consciousness. They seem to be quite intelligent, yet just like everything else, driven to insanity. Replies will be chaotic and all over the place.

Spring Court

Vortexes:
Vortexes are loud spirals of colour that form in the air, on the ground, or on any surface. It is a mixture/combination of every colour imaginable and appears as a vertical whirlwind of paint. These vortexes can be giant or tiny. Walking through them, one would hear loud music-like chanting and would be temporarily stunned, sent into a vivid dream state.   Fog of Illusions:
The fog of illusions passes every once in a while through the Spring Court. A warning is sent before it passes in the form of loud, ear-ringing music. If one does not heed this warning and escape, the fog will overtake them. Standing in this fog, the scenery would form which is not there. This is a vivid illusion shared by everyone in the fog. They will see this until the fog disperses the area, or if they escape the area the fog inhabits.

Fauna & Flora

Flora

All flora in the Faerie Wonderland can only grow there and some lose special aspects when taken out of it. Summer Court
Thorned Ivy
Thorned Ivy is a very dead, warm-hued bramble that climbs and spreads across any surface. It has thorns all along its exterior, and if one pricks their finger on it they will be met with an overwhelmingly euphoric high, with hallucinations of warm colours flooding the ambience like pulsing waves.   Embersap Trees
Embersapp trees appear dead and wilted and crowd the Summer Court. The very wood seeps out a thick sap which is constantly in a loop of shifting colours. This sap flows in excess down the trunk of the trees and even pools like thin streams on the floor, sometimes even full-blown rivers if enough of the trees are surrounding depression in the ground. Many foreign visitors to the Summer Court may feel hope when seeing these rivers, hoping it is just “rainbow water,” yet if they dive in their desperation, they will find that the sap is extremely thick and warm.. only adding to their discomfort. This sap is appropriately called Embersap and can be coated over objects to add a sort of thin “bubble” around them, shielding them from water.   Winter Court
Treesquids
Tree Squids are the most common tree in the Winter Court and appear as leafless, pale trees with tentacles growing from the roots, trunk, and even branches. The colouration of the tentacles are spastic and wild, and their shape, size and length seem to be in a constant state of morphing.   If one hits the trunk of a Treesquid it will cover the area in ice, freezing the weapon or object to it. Harvesting the wood requires a special Truth making it as rare as Turquoise (Wondrous).   Frostbite
Frostbite is a flower with a mouth and fangs that grows in gaps between rocks that support its stem. When a living being nears it, the flower outstretches its stem and bites any limb it can find. It releases Frostbite Venom, a venom that makes the victim believe they are extremely warm and comfortable, even though the surroundings are extremely cold and frost-ridden. This often leads to reckless actions which end in hypothermia or frostbite.   Tsunamivy
Tsunamivy is a type of ivy which grows thickly together in groves. Each plant appears to be a single strand of the ivy, and in a passive state it lays flat along the ground. However, every once in a while the ive groves gain sentience and lift themselves and move through soil in wave formations, the smaller ones appearing like small bumps of water, yet larger groves are known to appear as tsunamis. This ivy is capable of rooting itself into other plants and more often trees, allowing it to confusingly move across various surfaces as if it wasn’t rooted at all.   Autumn Court
Elder Mushrooms
In the Autumn Court, trees are a rare sight. Instead, Elder Mushrooms take the lead in towering over everything, becoming incredibly taller than the largest trees in the other Courts. These mushrooms are typically inhabited by the Fae. The stemz of these Elder Mushrooms are akin to tree trunks and wood on the Prime Materia, meaning there are multiple types akin to ironwood, Rosewood, etc.   Curtain Fungi
Curtain fungi are a remarkably beautiful species of mushroom that grow on ceilings and doorways in caves, as well as from larger standing mushrooms above ground. They appear like small strands of stringed silk that cascade like an elegant stranded curtain. Small specks of glitter are seen sprouting from the “curtain.” When one walks through this elegantly draped plant, they are overtaken with a wonderful feeling of euphoria as they breathe in the tiny shards of crystal. This is extremely addicting.   Spring Court
Singing Flowers
Rare flowers that grow in the Spring Court that are of the most loud specimens. When one of these flowers blooms, it gives off an alluring and enchanting song. As this song echoes through the Court, it immediately draws any who hears it towards it. Those who hear it will feel drawn to touch it, and when the first Fae or person touches it, their entire life is put into an endless trance, where their sole purpose is to protect the flower. Foreigners visiting the Fae Realm who fall under this calling will be forever trapped, unable to return to the Mortal Plane. If they are brought outside of the Fae Realm they keep their singing property but lose their trapping ability.   Iris Flowers
Flowers with vibrant petals and an odd middle. Between the petals, a human-like eyeball is seen, which moves and blinks as if sentient. They grow in fields, and the eyes trail after a person who walks through it.

Fauna

Summer Court
Embers
Embers are small elemental wisp-like creatures made of flame of varying warm colours like red, orange, and yellow. They float through the Summer Court and light up the area, as well as spread heat. They pollinate embersap trees and tend to swarm them. They are extremely hot to the touch and when disturbed, will inflict skin absorption by entering the body of the disturber. This causes increased body temperature, fever, nausea, and heatstroke if enough embers participate together in this attack. This kills the embers in the process.   Slugs of Melting
Slugs of Melting are quite large slugs which have warm and bright colouration, each pattern of the flesh immensely different. They are seen to grow the size of an average human forearm, to a maximum of two feet long. They crawl every surface in the Court of Summer, and their reaction against physical surfaces is that of melting. They do not emit heat, however, whatever they touch turns to a thick goo that droops down to the ground like sludge. If a group of these perform such on different objects, the surroundings of the Summer Court become a feverish melding of various colours that were once solid.Quite large slugs which have warm and bright colouration, each pattern of the flesh immensely different. Saslai are aquatic fey who love to sing, dance, play music, and partake in any of the arts. Their natural form is that of aquatic creatures made of colourful corals, gems and water hair. Their second form is similar to that of Merfolk, from the waist up, minus their webbed hands, they appear to be as a coral Il'ha, pointed ears and all, but below the waist they have the scaled body of some huge fish, allowing them to swim quickly and powerfully through the water. The last form at their disposal comes as a result of evolution, the result of the waters of the Summer Court being hoarded. The form has dry, dead, coral skin with no hair but has the traits of an Ae Il'ha. Saslai wield songs and dances of magic that control the very water around them, using it as a weapon or tool.   Winter Court
Vapour Pixies
Vapour Pixies are very small, winged humanoid creatures that fly through the Winter Court. Their exhales are a constant thick vapour that cascades down trees and hills, and that floats above the ground. This vapour carries an abundance of whispers that echo through the Court, in a non-understandable language. When this fog is new and thus thick enough, it could send someone into insanity as the whispers sound silent, yet fill their ears and minds with these echoed voices. As the vapour disperses, the whispers become less intense.   Chills
Chills are semi-transparent “shadows” of humanoids that slowly and idly walk through the Winter Court. They are solidly coloured from a choice of various blues, purples, crisp greens and icy pinks. They emit soft ominous wisp-like shrills and mind their own business looming about until they hear movement. When the person causing this movement approaches, the chills speed in front of the person and touches them, temporarily stunning them as they inflict a massive chill through their bones. The person sees minor hallucinations during this, hearing many whispers and the same shrilling sounds, as well as seeing random bouts of colours the same hue as the chill that affected them.   Blizzard Snakes
When snow falls in the Winter Court, which is quite often, Blizzard Snakes can be seen forming upon the mounds of snow. The pile begins to shift and form a tube, which then slithers across the floor and forms icicle-like scales. They are capable of language and speak in slithering-like tones, yet are known to be quite deceitful. They often offer sanctuary from the cold, but lead the victim more into being lost or even to their deaths.   Autumn Court
Mushethren
Mushethren are short people who stand lower than 5 feet tall. They are born from swarms of fungi in deep, dark cave systems, birthed from a thick web of mycelium. They appear elf-like, spare for various forms of fungi that grow on their skin. They spend their lives blowing spores on every surface they can, growing every type of mushroom and blight or rot. When they attack, they do not harm a person, but instead, inflict hallucinations that they likely couldn’t handle. They send “magic mushroom” spores into the lips or nostrils of the victim, and from there the hallucinations begin to take place.   Starlights
Starlights are extremely tiny, flying creatures that swarm the darker areas of the Autumn Court. They cover tree trunks, cave walls, floors, and ceilings/canopies. When the swarms settle on a solid surface, they stay still in a slumber for weeks and appear exactly like the stars above the Fae Realm. This adds much confusion to travellers, as every direction begins to look like the starlit sky above, severely hindering perception of direction.   Burrows
Burrows are giant, bioluminescent caterpillars.. outstretching the size of the largest trees known to all the realms. They are very rarely seen, as they spend their lives strictly underground in the Autumn Court, burrowing until they die. They create massive caves and tunnels, which eventually become crowded in fungi and the faeries of the Autumn Court. Their skin secretes a bioluminescent discharge of various colours at one time, which paints the walls, ceiling and floor of caverns as they tunnel.   Spring Court
Mimics
Mimics are faceless creatures who otherwise appear exactly like an Il’ha when not confronted. It is believed that the Mimics took the form of the Il’ha when they vanished from the Court, either in trying to steal their identity out of jealousy or simply out of longing for the peoples. This rumour seems to be supported even more when an Il’ha or otherwise humanoid race approaches a Mimic. Their entire facial structure firstly will morph to copy the person’s features, and then their hair and bodily structure will shift to completely copy over. Mimics do not seem to speak nor attack, they simply, mimic.   Hypnosis Frogs
Frogs of Hypnosis are toads that are semi-large, their largest size has been seen to be the size of rabbits. When threatened, a hypnotic swirl of red and black forms in their wide eyes, and if stared into, the staring person is sent into a mindless trance. They begin to behave much like a frog and will ribbit and hop away, before forgetting the past encounter and fainting. Once they regain consciousness, they will be slightly disoriented but will be able to healthily regain their prior motives.   Duetbirds
Duetbirds appear just like hummingbirds, however, they reflect brighter and more varied colours. They also speak and sing louder and more detailed than any form of a songbird. This bird will beg and beckon at passersby to sing with it, and if they refuse, will begin to attack the refuser, pecking at him or her. It will attempt to sing and if the person duets in song, the bird will calmly continue to finish the song before peacefully flying away.   Lesser Dryads
Lesser Dryads are fickle, pixie-like creatures that form soul-binding connections with the many trees that populate anoma, as well as making them their homes. Native to the spring court, Lesser Dryads can be found in any plane, as long as there is a tree for them to make their home in. A rare nuisance for those who seek to gather wood from forests, standing at most a foot in height with tiny, insect-like wings. Lesser Dryads will defend their trees with a surprising amount of ferocity, hurling insults as well as unleashing their plethora of mischievous truths at anyone who would try to hurt their home.   Greater Dryads
Native to the spring court, Greater Dryads can be found in any plane, as long as there is a tree for them to make their home in. Greater Dryads are far more powerful than their cousins, the lesser dryads, and guard the trees to which they are bound with much greater force. To do this, Greater Dryads have at their disposal and may unleash a full arsenal of nature truths and physical attacks upon any who would go near their tree or seek to destroy it. A Greater Dryad, when manifesting themselves outside of their tree, may take two forms, one resembling a woman of a random race, the other a natural golem made of the wood of the tree they protect. This form’s height varies from Dryad to Dryad, but generally depends on the health and type of tree that the Dryad defends.   Other Fae
Wisps
Wisp’s range from balls of light to figures from nightmares or dreams. These creatures can have a numerous array of illusionary powers, hypnosis, shapeshifting, and general magic of a whimsical nature such as swapping places with an object or person. Further abilities depend on the court of origin.   Many other Fae live throughout that of the various lands, however most lay undocumented. It lays to that of the searching Druii of the world to uncover the lesser known beings.

History

The Wonderland's history is by far one of the most well kept secrets within Druidic and Elven civilization. It is considered an insane step against the Il'ha bounds to go off and spill such histories which may relate to important happenings in the world. Generally the Wonderland's purpose is known to hold the consciousness, emotions, and secrets of all whom lay amongst the World Tree... yet even still after the multitude of eras in this world so much is still hidden from the Elves of the Materia, perhaps you may change it? The only true actual Fae Royalty mythos known around is that of Queen Evengelical

Queen Evengelical

The time of the Great Harvest slowly encroaches every Epoch, but just before that first comes Eve's Hallow. A night of folklore spread across and celebrated (in its own way) by many different cultures. The original festive time comes from a quite darker origin, in which the Olden Autumn Court Lord, Queen Evengelical slowly protested against that of the realm of Death itself and supported the rise in that of the souls and spirits from the Mevvet Well. Using her power to essentially spread the thoughts of grief, decay, fright, and possibly closure to all who rested. This display of power was frightening, so intense that even the other deities of the World Tree took notice in awe. No one truly knows what caused this sudden surge of power in the Ruler of the Harvest, however many in the Courts immediately took action and resorting to slaying her right at the end of the day.   Her death wasn't much protested, as she basically allowed herself to be slain, yet in such the people of the Courts caught glimpse of her long-lasting influence.. and so once every Elven Year, on the Phases leading up to it... there is always a strange secret interference just before the Primordial Anniversary of Queen Eve's death. The leaves turn a dark gloomy orange, the spirits of those long-forgotten spread across the planes in a form of illusion, and Fae creations which were made during Hallow's Eve slowly surface and might occasionally even be seen, Fae which are often dramatized to be quite insidious and ghoulish creations...   Though, even if it may be a night of almost cheshire horror for some, multiple cultures take it as a time to respect the dead. The Rehks may occasionally look back once towards the slain brothers in battle. The humans dramatize the events and relate them to their own Brother Church, others try and relate it to the Spirits...Though for all, it is a revered holiday.

Kummlakina - Hoarder of Waters

Kummlakina is the Fey Lady who rules over the Court of Summer. It is because of her hand and power that the Court of Summer is a desolate, dry place. In her greed and desire for comfort, she took all of the oceans, lakes and rivers to herself, storing them within her luxurious royal confines. It is believed that the Summer Il’ha descended from Fae of royal status within the Summer Court, for their origins were rooted within the water which Kummlakina kept to her private quarters. As she and her Court traverse the Fae Realm, she carelessly leaves the land behind her a desert, only for the other Courts to pick back up and morph into what they are accustomed to.

Yrauos - Whisperer of Reflections

Yrauos is the Fey Lord ruling over the Court of Winter. His very breath carries the same effect of a blizzard, and his touch can send any living thing into hypothermia or bouts of frostbite. He has never spoken above a whisper, and when he does, his voice echoes and slithers into one’s mind. His reflection is third-dimensional, and he often appears amidst a group of clones. Similarly, the reflected shadow he casts paints itself in a path along the ground, completely changing the Winter Court in his presence. He is a cruel lord and steals the voices of those who he dislikes, cursing them to a life of silence.

Vorusimer - Schemer of Decay

Vorusimer is the Fey Lady who rules over the Court of Autumn. Her very touch or breath carries the ability to decay that which she wants or can send any living thing into hallucinations. Despite being a Mushthren she is taller than most elves, a side effect from taking the Autumn Court throne. She seeks to destroy the balance of mushrooms and volcanic lands in the Autumn Court and would return the constant decay effect that plagued outsiders to the region many Eras ago. She is boastful and proud, often appearing before people in the flesh with her royal guard, ever confident in her abilities. She is a schemer and often uses her fungi and hallucinations to manipulate allies and enemies to do her bidding. These illusions are so real that many under her control do not know it until the fungus on or within them is removed. Over her reign, only a few of her plans have been exposed but she has always managed to feign ignorance. There are rumours of a usurper on the rise, a Oread woman intent on stopping these plots.

Ehlmiorel - Orchestrator of the Harvest

Ehlmiorel is the Fey Lord of the Spring Court. He hides in the trees and transfers his soul through the earth accordingly to switch the tree his spirit inhabits. The tree that he inhabits takes on a bright, multi-coloured and iridescent aura, and begins to literally sing. The abundant plant-life seems to become even thicker in the presence of this inhabited tree, and if he inhabits trees at the edge of the Spring Court the region expands into the nearby one, spreading his influence. He is constantly trying to expand his reach, therefore his own power. However, his expansion set mind has not gone unnoticed by other Courts and the Unseelie Courts specifically have warned of war, bringing Ehlmiorel's people fear and unease.
