Phandalin
Government
Phandalin is governed by Mayor Julco, a respected figure known for balancing the needs of settlers, miners, and adventurers. Unlike larger cities, Phandalin’s leadership is informal, relying on cooperation rather than bureaucracy.
Industry & Trade
Phandalin’s economy relies on mining, farming, and trade. The reopening of Wave Echo Cave has brought prosperity, attracting merchants, smiths, and craftsmen. Caravans travel along the Triboard Trail and roads to Neverwinter, bringing tools, weapons, and supplies in exchange for ore and agricultural goods.
