Tiamat - The Scaled Tyrant
Bahamut is the Draconic personification of Injustice and the mother of all Dragons. She is a cruel and tyrannical Archdragon who wants nothing more than to conquer all of creation.
Tiamat is imprisoned upon Avernus, the topmost layer of the Nine Hells, after betraying the Gods and attempting to conquer Exorsia during the Dragon-Elf War. It is said that she struggles to escape her prison, but it is carefully maintained by Asmodeus.
Tiamat is the Twin of the Draconic Bahamut, the personification of Justice, Tiamat’s polar opposite. While former lovers, giving birth to the first dragons, after Tiamat’s betrayal during the Dragon-Elf War, both Archdragons now despise each other.
Tiamat is often referred to by epithets, such as “the Scaled Tyrant” or “the Dragon Queen” and is sometimes worshipped by Dragonborn and Kobold. It is said that she attempts to beseech her draconic ancestors to free her from her prison, and there may be a cult of Dragonic followers of Tiamat somewhere in the world, plotting her release.
Apperance
Tiamat is depicted as a gargantuan, five headed dragon, with heads of black, blue, green, red and white. She is also sometimes depicted as a beautiful elven woman with long black hair and multicoloured, shifting eyes.
