Celestia

Mount Celestia, sometimes called the Heavens, is a realm dedicated to goodness, law, justice and above all else, order. Celestia is the personal plane of the God Khronos, and the home of the angels and all the other numerous celestial creatures. The Platinum Dragon, Bahamut, and his brood of Noble Dragons, also make their home here.   Most visitors see a colossal mountain that rises from an infinite sea of holy water. The mountain top is covered in a thick layer of white clouds, the surface on which buildings and homes of polished and pristine marble are built. The sky softly bathes everything in gentle shades of luminance.   All aspects of Celestia are beautiful and perfect, equal amounts of light and dark, heat and cold, and equal measures of the four elements. There is a place for everything and everything is in its place. Those that reside here exist only to fit into the grand design of a perfect world. There is no pain, only order and duty. Passion, fantasy, and illusion do not exist here, individualism and pleasure are alien.
