Celestial Plane
Represents the soul layer of reality. Home of the deities of the pantheon. Each of the Ninefold command their own realm in this plane (except Tokoti, who declined to create a realm). The Dividvar, a divine barrier, protects the Celestial Plane from intruders (though evil gods have found ways to bypass it). This largely protects the lower planes from direct interference from deities, however lesser divine agents (angels, demons, devils, etc.) can pass through it. Beings from lower planes can only exist naturally here as souls.
