Astral Plane
A plane of pure thought. Lesser beings can only exist in astral forms here, and typically only as a product of Astral Projection. While in this layer, hidden information can be divined, and clairvoyant observations can be made. Additionally, glimpses of the Celestial Plane can be made from here if the viewer is skilled enough. An omnipresent current pulls all creatures here towards the realm of Purgatory.
