The Raven Queen’s holy day is the Night of Ascension, celebrating her apotheosis. The actual date of the goddess’s rise to divinity is unclear, but the Night of Ascension is nonetheless celebrated on the thirteenth day of the tenth month. The Raven’s followers believe the honoured dead would rather be venerated with cheer, not misery.

The Sinerva

High-end Inn / Teahouse
Lady Sinerva is reknowned for her diplomatic approach to confrontation, unlike most of her comrades. Being one of the female High (moon) Elves of older age, she has seen much during her travels and after decades of going out on field missions, then many more decades being assigned to the training of the newer troops, Lady Sinerva has opened an elegant Teahouse with elegant accommodation. She looks very regal with silvery hair, in the blue and gold outfit of her high ranking.
It is a stone building with pretty surrounding gardens. The building has five floors.
The ground floor is a Teahouse - dining inside or out, through double doors, into one of the gardens - serves high-tea, scones with jams and cream, as well as many finger food delicious bites from around other parts of Esau.
The accommodation is bed chambers of white and gold in silks, satins and lace - each with one large post bed - each with a small entry lounge containing two small couches and a writing desk, also a petite ensuite.

Owner = Silvaranda Willmott - Moon Elves female - elegant - younger than Lady Sinerva - white hair with pale olive skin - wears peach gowns - blue eyes - thin lips - married a female Human Yelda Willmott (of her family, only her aunt Lady Sinerva supported her choice in spouse) - both Silvaranda and Yelda (dresses in mint colours) are very feminine people - friendly, although shy at first

The Nocturnal Aquarium

At great effort and expense, this aquarium of nocturnal animals was built within Kellos City, underneath the shadow of the above palace. It is a long main building (which is three levels underground) with multiple thinner corridors leading off it - is a little maze like, with many tanks and views of the many tank.
The inside is dim lighting and eerie waters. Once a person's eyes adjust to the darkness they can see numerous beautiful, scary or strange nocturnal sea creatures.
Creatures = frilled shark, dragonfish, yellow-margin morays, scarlet soldierfish, ribbon eels, rainbow coral, parrotfish, porcupinefish, dumbo octopuses, munnopsis isopod crustaceans, peacock mantis shrimps, box crabs, reef octopuses, lesser spotted catsharks, gulper eel, armoured snails, wolffish, nudibranch sea slugs, coffinfish, whitemargin stargazer, red-lipped batfish, bamboo catsharks, moray eels, crystal lobsters, glass catfish, sea butterflies mollusks, dwarf frogs, and anglerfish. Plus many bioluminescence sea creatures.

This is an elegant building of white marble with emerald touches throughout. It is known as a high-end fortune teller, tarot reader and Spirit Animals guide.
Sharman = Madame Zacara M'labah - Human female - very glossy dark skin - green eyes - gold rings along each arm - black hair in dreadlocks tied with a dark red scarf - big earrings of peacock feathers - smaller gold loops, three earrings up each ear - rings on seven fingers - laced up flat sandals - wears a sleeveless dark green dress (shows off bust) with a shawl of Feathered Rabbit feathers - holds staff of craved and twisted Rowan Trees wood that looks to have a triangular dreamcatcher at the top containing crystal stones, with shards of clear quartz hanging from each corner
