Old Mother of the Swamp
The Old Mother of the Swamp was thought to be a strange tentacled creature that prowled the swamps.
After engaging with the creature the recent party discovered that it was in face an Aboleth under the cover of an illusion. What it's doing here and why it's posing as a different creature is unknown.
