Kel'sindra
Once a goddess of goodness and hope, but was betrayed by those of her pantheon. She became a dark goddess known as The Betrayed with her goodness stripped from her and focusing on the domains of Betrayal and Plagues, amongst other.
A group of adventuerers known as The Infected wound up being involved in the freeing of the Betrayed onto the Material Plane and tracked her to a ritual location where she was attempting to free her godhood from imprisonment. They were joined by what turned out to be the remains of her good persona trying to regain control over their godhood.
The Infected failed to stop The Betrayed from freeing her godhood and in the process her good persona was forever destroyed, freeing an evil spiteful deity on the planet of Enides.
