Farkrere

A megalomanic Lich who somehow cast a spell making it so that anything that is constructed in the region he control(s|ed) MUST be named after him. With the coming of the Church of the Arrived his attempted conquest of North Thyronia was halted and he has been assumed to go into hiding. The regions he held under his sway are still under the effects of his spell though and maintain the naming convention. See:
