East Marches S01: E06 - Hiss on the Horizon Report

Having Metgro returned to The Mercs by a frustrated Erasticalian Consortium mage they begin to search to the north, coming across a Lizardfolk village where it seemed like all of the actual villagers were killed and ritualistic cannibalism was happened on them by an aggressive group of Lizardfolk. The party found clues to where the Lizardfolk are holeing up and went to pursue.   The party found, and attacked the Lizardfolk who were also being supported by a Drow cleric in containing a guardian of the shrine. Nameless BAA snuck up with the help of Metgro and disrupted the ritual. During the attack, Jimbo was killed, but The Mercs were successful overall.   After some investigation, they realized that the Lizardfolk were deconstructing the shrine, and figured out how they were transporting the parts of the shrine. Deciding to test it out, Nameless BAA puts on one of the amulets and then steps off of the stairs, there's a quick lurch and he get's flung off into the distance.
