The Brass Library
On the edge of the Torma Desert, east of the settlement of Oasis, sits a small shack. This shack doesn't look like much at first glance, a run-down wooden house with a covered well on the outside. Inside however, is a demi-plane containing a vast library. Four floors of wall-to-wall bookshelves set upon ornate balconies with two grand spiral staircases leading upward. At the center of the ground floor sits a large, opulent desk, itself usually stacked high with books. Behind the desk sits a young man who wears green and gold robes. This young man is actually a Brass Dragon known only as The Librarian.
The library is the dragon's horde. He has spent the last several centuries collecting every book, tome, and scroll he can find. He rarely leaves the library himself, instead employing a host of Kobold servants to scour the continent in search of books to add to his collection. In addition, he has a number of pet pseudo-dragons of different colors. He has one of the pseudo-dragons with him at all times, but which one changes almost daily
