Not only that but the different people of Eastrix grow wearier and wearier with arcanum and divinum distribution and tensions start to rise as some people have a more developed understanding of magic than others. What one nation has, another one wants. To keep the peace and prosperity of the world The Magic Bringers together decide that they will use Galyen’s Move Mountain to create a flying capital of the world, where peace and community come first. Clairikajro, The World Capital is established, hovering thousands of feet in the sky. Many people from the get-go settle in the world capital and as the years go by many more join them. This event also went hand in hand with the first casting of a higher than 9th level spell in history. Galyen along with Rakjiavik and Galyens pupil Havi together cast this spell whilst surveyed by the council, with High Magister Thandalor Shadowweave helming the survey.
