The Wizards Grimoire Corroborium or simply the WGC, was created in hopes of collecting copies of all spells for disruption amongst up and coming wizards.

The Wizards Grimoire Corroborium or simply the WGC, was created in hopes of collecting copies of all spells for disruption amongst up and coming wizards. The WGC essentially is a giant spell library that, unlike Clairikajro, was located on the ground, in the far reaches of what now is modern-day, Kiev. The WGC choose a place of solitude in hopes of being attacked less frequently. Besides the solitude, Kiev or as it was known back then, Rytsia, was also known for its large population of White Dragons. The WGC had through the White Dragon chieftain Verglance arranged that the White Dragons would protect the Corroborium in exchange for gaining access and being taught the ways of magic. The WGC of course was administered by the Council of Arcanum, who put restrictions on which spells would be readily available to the public.
