Niko
This large village is located on the eastern end of the Wasteland of Li'minar. Here they act as a trading partner and stockpile for ships to resupply. Despite being situated in the Wasteland of Li'minar, the village is well fed with most of their farming comming from underwater sources. This is in large part due to the numerous aquatic species that have made a home deep enough in the gulf that Li'minar's roots have not yet reached it. In exchange for the food the land dwelling people of Niko take great effort in replanting the wasteland in that specific place as well as act as merchants for the aquatic species.
Although the village itself is of considerable size, it is dwarfed by the ruins it is located in. These ruins tell a story of a much greater city that existed here before the fall of Li'minar. It is now all but impossible to tell what kind of people lived here back then but conservative estimates of its population is around 100,000.
