Occimans

Occimans are an ethnic group from the Occima region of eastern Jideran. For a long time, their homeland was controlled by Kaisa. They were often overlooked or erased by Kaisa, and in particular, efforts were made to suppress the Occiman language. A significant nationalist movement existed in the region. After the Last War, Kaisa was forced to relinquish Occima as part of the deal with the Imperial Jiderani Union. The new state that was formed quickly split into two, the Occiman State and the Occiman Republic.
