Northern Quarter
The Northern Quarter is the largest community of Ridbhan diaspora in Jideran. Located in the Neachiko dimos of Kaisadroupolis, Kaisa, it was established in the late 1000s as waves of refugees from the Ridbhan Calamity spread across Duurn.
Ridbhans fleeing to Kaisa were crowded into overpopulated ghettoes, and though restrictions on settlement have loosened, many choose to stay where they can be close to community. The Northern Quarter, like other Ridbhan communities, is often the target of attacks by ultranationalists and reactionary paramilitaries.
