MSN-Manco HKQF Mk I
The MSN-Manco Nef-Wil Kut-Keng Tup 1 is a water-cooled autocannon based off the Manco Mk I, designed by Costanza Manco and produced by Imperial Arms Manufacturing. It was the earliest autocannon, originally intended for use as an air-to-air weapon on military aerostats. Many nations adopted it in the years leading up to the Last War, where it saw use by both sides. It has also been used in colonial conflicts across Duurn.
The Manco HKQF used 24-round non-disintegrating belts (55 lbs., or 65 lbs. in wooden box). Land-service guns were typically mounted on a two-wheeled carriage (765 lbs. with gun), where they were often used as early anti-air.
It has been nicknamed the "Pom-Pom," due to its firing sound.
Many aerostat-mounted models during the Last War fired canister rounds, as defense against autogyros. Solid and APEX rounds were also available.
