Bergia

Bergia was a semi-autonomous territory of Kaisa, located in the Svielzahn Mountains of western Vieluesse. In many ways, it operated as colony of Kaisa, despite being part of its contiguous territory. The region is rich with mineral resources, and the indigenous Biergs were put to work as miners, paid less than Kaisan workers, who were already exploited. During the Kaisan Revolution of 1333, the Biergs rose up against Kaisa. A combined force of Biergs and Kaisan revolutionaries fleeing the defeated Kaisadroupolis Commune was able to stop the Kaisan military response, and the Bierglaan was formed.
