Pamphlet of Peace
The Pamphlet of Peace is a manifesto penned by Babs envisioning a new order and idea for living-deceased relations within the Dreamrealms. After a period of great anguish for those living to be denied the access and avaliablity of their ancestors, Babs tried to push for peace and change within Hol'dyn Space and to allow for the living to finally be allowed some access to their past.
Purpose
Originally, the Pamphlet of Peace was created as a way to convince the Hol'dyn City Council to change their laws regarding the unification of deaceased and living dreamers. However, when the Hol'dyn City Council refused to budge and civil war broke out, the unification movement fled, and the Pamphlet became a fondational document of change and part of the pillars inwhich the new settlement was built upon.

Background
During the great cultural brain drain there was a series of large bookburnings in the waking realms that left several historical cultures nearly entirely wiped off the map. Living people from those diasporas fled into the dreamrealms despratley seeking to contact their ancestors, but without access to the city of Hol'dyn space and without acess or means to contact those inside, they could not easily tell their tales.
Once Barbara of the Jani heard of this great misfortune she rushed outside the gates to make contact the best she could and although she could make attempts to preserve her own culture, she found that key ancestors of other cultures were unwilling to exit the city due to safety concerns. Barbara began petitioning for a type of embassy for the living, but was denied by multiple high-ranking members of the Hol'dyn Council.
