Clergy and Temples
Anubis's clerics are few and not especially popular, except insofar as they help people deal with grief after someone dies. Not all of them perpetuate the stereotype of the gaunt, dour, intimidating mortician, but enough of them do that the stereotype remains valid. Anubis's temples are always located next to cemeteries and follow the general layout of most Pharaonic temples. They are funeral chapels, embalming centers, and guarded repositories of sacred and magical knowledge.Mental characteristics

History
Though the two deities are half-brothers, incest is not a concept that exists amongst the Pharaonic deities, since almost all of the deities are related in some way. Horus and Anubis were not raised together and had always considered themselves lovers before siblings. In fact, it wasn't until after their relationship formed that they found out about their shared father. They decided that such a thing did not matter and continued the relationship.
Shared Secrets
Their relationship, while known to certain deities, is not known to all and is never known to mortals. This is to protect its sanctity. Horus doesn't want anybody using his relationship with Anubis as ammunition to attack him. Osiris, Isis, Nephthys, and Thoth are the only deities who know about this relationship.
