Steaming Springs

Steaming Springs is the most peaceful and eccentric of the three towns, built among natural hot springs that fill the air with a constant sulfurous haze. The warmth and strange geology make it attractive to alchemists, healers, and a few reclusive scholars.   The town has a distinctive smell, and most buildings are elevated or stone-built to withstand the geothermal activity.   Residents enjoy the springs and are strangely resistant to illness, claiming the waters have magical properties.

Government

Lightly overseen by Greyhawk’s agents, with day-to-day matters managed by a gnome-appointed council
