Static Construct
Like all Constructs, Static Constructs, simply known as Statics, are made of bits. Unlike Shifters, Statics do not have the ability to shift their form.
Most Statics live in main_city, and have a disdain for Shifters.
Like their shiftie counterparts, they can only retain a certain number of bits in their form; this is known as the Bit Limit.
