Deputy Chief Liddell Moody
Deputy Chief Liddell heads the Precinct Division in NCPD. The Captains of each precinct reports to him.
Deputy Chief Moody was an appointment by the Mayor rather than by Chief Huxley McLeod. Moody coordinates with all the precinct captains to make sure the NCPD is working to the best of its ability. He is frustrated with the City Council as well as what he sees as the Chiefs incompetence. He is often at odds with Deputy Chief Kennin Harper and Deputy Chief Victor Black for the precinct divisions ignore chain of command at times. He is looking to make allies with Captain Lucinda Ellis as she is new to the high command and seems like she wants change as much as he does.
