Captain Lucinda Ellis
Captain Ellis heads the Investigation division in NCPD. She is one of the youngest officer that achieved this rank in NCPD's history. Chief Huxley McLeod has been a mentor to her since her father died. Some say she has gotten to where she is because of her father's connection to McLeod.
