Chief Huxley McLeod
Police Chief McLeod runs the Night City Police Department. He has been in law enforce for over 3 decades. He work in different city along the west coast finally ending up in Night City around 2008 where he was appointed as Captain of Precinct 13 in Pacifica.
The Chief is constantly at odds with City Council. He continues to demand more funding and expansion of the NCPD, but often is ignored and told to make due. The City Council has also started working with private security firms to police certain parts of the city by deputizing these firms. This has been a challenge for the Chief as these firms do not need to follow the policies of NCPD and are not transparent with their operations and investigations.
It is rumor that Mayor Ebunike is looking for a replacement for Chief Mcleod, but has yet made any official statement on the matter.
The Chief can be blunt and has been known to be hard handed against the criminal elements in the city. The force stands behind him with his decisions, just as he often takes the side of his officers.
