Nicknaklandia
Structure
Nicknaklandia is ruled by a singular Grand Marshal, currently being Nick Nak, but due to recent circumstances, a dual power system has developed between Co-Grand Marshals Elnura Beldrum and Morros Sapientem as they have taken responsibility for ruling the land since an accident befell the official leader.
Culture
The culture differs among the society, with the lower ranking and less intelligent Kobolds remaining in a tribal-feudal blend, whilst the higher ups adopted their culture to appear more sophisticated and create a new Kobold image. Many stay with the old religion and worship the use of magic and an others have chosen to embrace the technological progress and attempt to integrate it to their daily lives. They are all still wary of foreigners and have a shared mutual dislike of them, but some have started to embrace the differences between themselves and the outsiders, hoping that the foreigners will embrace them too. A split has occurred within society between these to contrasting opponents, created further by Morros Sapientem and Elnura Beldrum who each campaign for their side. Kobold culture is currently very fragile and malleable, with it growing and morphing into something anew. Only time can tell to what will become of it.
Public Agenda
Currently, Nicknaklandia promises a safe haven for Kobolds globally and wants to unite the tribal race under one modern banner to bring Kobold society into the future. Due to the power system being split between two, however, now the co-leaders Elnura Beldrum and Morros Sapientem promise differing things to their subjects, but appear united in their goals.

History
Created by Nick Nak on the 28th of October, 31 PR, it came from a large Kobold tribe on the island of Nicknaklandia forming their own official government due to years of prosperity and harmony between Kobolds on the island under Nick Nak, who was the predecessor's tribal chief. Uniting the Kobolds officially under one banner, Nick Nak set out to improve Kobold society as a whole and make Nicknaklandia a fully recognised and equal country among the other great states of Cresteria, and to elevate the Kobold position to more than the mere monsters they had been portrayed to be.
Territories
Currently, Nicknaklandia emcompasses the entirety of the island they're named after, as with small portions of water and land territories around. It is more of an island/city state than a fully-fledged country.
