Kobold
Basic Information
Biological Traits
They have a life span of around 120 years, although this can be extened based upon the bloodline they inherit. Those with a strong draconic heritage will be more powerful and have a greater chance of magical abilities. They also have the possibility to gain wings, making them rare among Kobolds. They can live for potentially hundreds of years. They unfortunately, however, only have an average life expectancy of 5 years due to their nature of mass wave offensives. They believe that the tribe is greater than the individual and will gladly sacrifice themselves for the better of their companions. As of such, Kobolds military tactics and technology has not advanced much, as they rely on sheer numbers to overpower their enemies, and no price is too great to pay.
Genetics and Reproduction
Kobolds reproduce sexually between a male and a female mate. Their offspring starts as an egg within the female before it is layed, where it rest for a while until hatching.
Growth Rate & Stages
Kobolds grow incredibly quickly, reaching full adulthood within 3 years.
Ecology and Habitats
Kobolds generally tend to dwell in dark caverns and caves deep within mountains, although some have now moved to sewer systems and other man-made facilities. They prefer plenty of space away from foreign species and like a place where they can mine for treasure.
