Elven Government
A laissez-faire coming together of those elves minded, and with enough experience, to form a council of sorts. The Elven head of state is Queen Aylannah, who has held the throne for 400 years, and sits in the High Elf city of CityName.
The high Druid of the Wood Elves, a position currently held by Sylvar Leafborn, represents the elves of the forest and Nimalien on the council.
