Crønsérva (IPA: /kɾɵn•seɾ•va/)
Located in a valley southwest of Myn Serennyth, the ritual site of Crønsérva is a location of great cultural importance to the Cuédleür people. It consists of a natural fresh-water spring surrounded by three concentric rings of boulders, as well as a chalky path cut into the hillside directly to its north.
Purpose / Function
For generations, the sacred well at Crønsérva has served as the setting for the largest Cuédleür clan gathering of the year, the Midsummer Rites. All clan members able to travel from their villages to the valley attend this annual celebration of the next generation, and to drink from the waters of the spring itself marks every Cuédleür apprentice's transition into adulthood in the eyes of the clan.
