Saek
One night as the party finished setting up camp, an old man hobbled up to them having seemingly walked out of the wilderness. He wore ragged clothes and walked hunched over, gripping an ornately carved wooden staff for support. The staff had intricate carvings of all sorts of sea creatures and other depictions of the ocean or other waterways.
The man was rather rude, demanding the party scoot over and give him a place to sit, and give him a bowl of their stew. After eating the stew so sloppily that little even entered his mouth, he tossed the bowl aside and began making more demands of the party. Cautiously, they acquiesced to the old man and began asking questions of him.
It was not long before it became obvious that this man somehow knew far more than it would have seemed. He somehow knew information about the party that would be difficult for him to ascertain if he had not been watching them closely. Additionally, he had information about the goings on in Helgafel, and even seemed to know of Ekandor and Noginas, stating that he believed Noginas to have begun operating somewhere far to the north, near Fjaroarhorn.
The man even seemed to know something of Sir Stew Render's connection to Noginas, and was able to give the name of the man who punched straight through Zaevan, Sigrún.
When asked for his name, the man simply said you may call me Saek.
After some more conversation, he left, but not before bestowing a boon upon the party, allowing them the ability to very briefly unleash the power of storms.
The character was incredibly odd, stating he would continue to walk across to the west coast of the continent unaided.
The party also noted his affinity for fish.
