Noginas
Noginas is the Yellow True Dragon. As a True Dragon, Noginas is one of the most powerful creatures on Arkellion, with power rivaling that of the gods themselves.
Cora has heard tale of Noginas from Ekandor, though she knows very little about him. Through talking with Tiktuk, it's clear he knows little more. It seems as though the Dragonkin was not alive when Noginas' impact was last felt on Arkellion.
While Sir Stew Render hardly remembers anything from his five day blackout, it has seemed incredibly clear that he has made some sort of pact with Noginas. Whether he has met the True Dragon himself or knows anything of his plans and purposes remains unknown.
As a True Dragon, Noginas transcends alignment, though if Ekandor is to be believed, Noginas' actions typically tend to be on the more malevolent end of the spectrum. However, nearly everything about him seems to be completely unknown at this point. Ekandor has spoken of Noginas as his rival when giving Cora the task to seek out more information as to his wherabouts and his plans. If Saek is to be believed, Noginas is operating somewhere in the far north near Fjaroarhorn.
