Helgafel
Helgafel is one of the largest and most influential cities in The Wildlands. Built upon a natural harbor where river and sea meet, it has long been a thriving center of fishing, trade, and seafaring. The city is famed among the Iskjin people for its wealth of ships and deep devotion to Saekongr, The King of the Sea.

Founded generations ago by seafaring clans, Helgafel prospered as a gateway between the rivers of The Wildlands and the open sea. Its growth made it a natural rival to inland settlements and a key power among other coastal jarldoms. Helgafel was sacked during the events of the Storm Wardens' campaign when the Varkhurl invaded and tore the city to shreds. Jarl Vargan Vatraskald has not been seen since. The Storm Wardens, Aline Soyer, and Seravon did what they could to rescue as many as possible, but it was impossible to save the city.
