Felix Grey

Felix Grey is a player character. As such, his page will be filled out as players become more aware of who he is.   Felix Grey is a Draktharan man from the city of Zuidwerpen where he has a detective agency called Grey Investigations. While he's displayed some skill in investigation, thus far he's shown to be surprisingly deadly with rocks he seems to catapult at enemies, as well as a gifted herbalist due to the healing potions and salves he's given to other party members (though the last potion tasted remarkably familiar to the ale in Isjarn).   Felix also has a pet mouse named Bean.   After finishing the snow goblin job, Felix departed the party, heading south while the rest of them headed north. The next morning, when the party awoke, they found Felix asleep by the campfire. After waking, he swore and shrugged his shoulders, explaining that this isn't the first time this has happened to him. He apparently occassionally falls asleep in one place and wakes up miles away. It has not happened to him since this incident, however.   After attempting to leave, only to find himself back with the party, Felix figured he should come clean, and inform the party that he is indeed capable of magic. He employs deception, sleight of hand, and con artistry to disguise his abilities, but figured it was time to come clean with those he is apparently stuck travelling with.   When the party met Saek, Felix was exceedingly cautious of him, believing him to be engaging in similar con artist tactics that he himself has used or seen before.   Eventually, Felix fessed up with the party, admitting to his skills with magic, offering this as an explaination for some of his more outlandish exploits while with the party. Realizing there are other magic users amongst them, this was received rather well.   During a side job involving a fey creature known as a [Guilded Spriggan], Felix searched out the creature's home, making sure to carefully toss the creature's valuables into a bag. Shortly thereafter, the party began to notice an oddly regal aura around Felix. As it turns out, he had contracted a curse - The Curse of the False King - which altered his perception.   Eventually, the party was able to cure Felix of this curse, after which he was visibly shaken. The party then learned more of Felix' past and his hatred for nobles and rulers who hoard their wealth and sacrifice those deemed lesser than themselves.   While the party was sailing down the Helgafel River, Felix had a strange dream involving a woman calling herself The Lady of Desire, wherein he saw a city, presumably Helgafel, on fire and under attack from enormous monstrous humanoids. The next day, the party found a sword 20' long floating in the river.
