Ahdequin (▸ˈæˌdɛkwɪn ◂)
Ahdequin is a racial qualifier applied to four races, native to the World of Arcadia, who claim a heraldic link to the legendary Master Race of The Quen. Arcadians, Humans, Dwarves, and Elves all have artifacts of questionable credibility that they've used over the centuries to press their legitimacy during times of might and dominance, but no other race has ever submitted to those claims by placing themselves under the subjugation of another. Tensions have also arisen over time between different groups within larger races as populations swelled and diversified over the centuries, thus further diluting and dividing support. The Quenian Legend has fostered rancor amongst the prominent racial-states for ages and has done more to spur alliances than to create harmony.
