Sereia (Se-RAY-yah)
Sereia is the capital and largest city in all of Darya. It is home to the rulers of the hetaceans.
Demographics
Most of Sereia's inhabitants are hetacean, but a good amount of nymphs and hinae live here as well. There are a few himorphas that have settled here, while no sirens live in Sereia.
Sereia is the wealthiest of Darya's settlements with the majority of the population encompassing royals, soldiers and merchants. Surrounding Sereia are farms that supply the city with necessities and local specialities.

Government
Sereia is purely ruled by the king and queen of Darya, unlike other settlements in the kingdom, which are run either by voted village leaders or elders. Because the ruling family live in Sereia, they encompass the ruling authority over it.
Sereia is also the largest base of the Daryan Army Forces, DAF for short. The DAF follows these ranking structures:
