After the increased presence of Sharulan guards in Cara, Sorin decides that the village is no longer safe to stay in. He proposes to Jasira and Bellamy to move to Sereia, the capital of Darya. The three agree that they will have a better life in Sereia and decide to move to the capital.
During the month of Blossom, the trio takes the Perenna Current to move to Sereia. They find a well-hidden cave on the northern outskirts of the city with edible coral growing in it. They make it their new home.
