Facial Features
Thalobir is an average-sized dwarf in his middle age. He sports a short-cropped beard and short, jet-black hair. His curious brown eyes peak out from underneath two well-trimmed, but still bushy, eyebrows.

Personal history
Thalobir was originally born and raised in Oxpond and joined the Runesmiths as an apprentice. He made quite a few friends during his time there but was never really one for smithing, which is why he soon left the organization. He began working at the market, helping his uncle, who was a farmer, sell his goods to the locals. He was a very good salesman and liked being one, so he decided to enroll in Baymore university, trying to earn a degree in economics and banking. He convinced his parents to pay for his tuition and left Oxpond.
He did well at school and met some young rich nobles in the process, convincing them to lend him some money, which he used to open up a store in Baymore. At first, he only sold quills, ink, parchment, and other supplies for students, but he soon expanded and turned his small shop into a general store. His ties with the Runesmiths proved useful, as he secured a lucrative contract with the organization, becoming one of their main exporters in the Baymore area.
For all of his success and business ventures, Thalobir was still very much a Reinhild subject at heart and the house soon found out about him. At first, he did some spying for the Runesmiths, letting them know about the market situation in Baymore and about the Universites' activities, but he was soon approached by a Reinhild agent. He accepted the agent's proposition, beginning as just another spy in the city, but soon became one of the premier Reinhild agents in the area.

Thalobir speaks with honeyed words and making it immediately obvious he is an experienced and skilled merchant. He likes wringing his hands when he speaks, and he sometimes strokes his short beard.
