History
The Abinteaus has a history that begins before the arrival of the dragons. They were one of the high lords of the Elvish kingdoms of Ancaepya, but when the dragons came and began their rule they became some of their staunchest loyalists and their closest advisors. They were one of the first to accept the draconic religion and are said to have been amongst the founders of the Draconic church.
After the dragons left Ancaepya and small kingdoms ruled by the different races began forming the Abinteaus ruled a small kingdom of their own. They were never very powerful as their lands weren't home to many people and their kingdom lacked important exports. Still, they managed to spread their rule over the neighboring states and soon became one of the most powerful houses in the area. Since the unification of Ancaepya they have been considered one of the great houses.
