Painted Channel
Geography
The Painted Channel is a long, narrow strait separating the continent of Kornôgel from the Fortunate Isles, most prominently the island of Albia. The Channel connects the great sea of the Mor Bras with the dark, cold waters of the Mor Marv, the most Southerly connection between the two waterbodies.

The Armorican Coastline
Most navigators recognize the island of Eusa and the Molene Archipelago as the entry point of the channel. Along The Armorican Peninsula, the coastline begins at the rocky and rough Coast of Legends, where the Aber river estuaries empty into the channel. After the Bro Bagan, the Coast of Legends becomes the temperate Ceinture Doree, an agricultural powerhouse. At Enez-Vaz, the coastline dips into more estuaries, before rising again along the Rose Coast, dominated by pink granite cliffs of Plateau de Dreger. At Maudez Island and the Brehat Archipelago, the Goelo Coast descends dramatically into the Bae of Sant-Brioc, rising again in Kab Frehel and the Emerald Coast, named for its green waters. The cliffs descend into the marshy wetlands of the Marais de Dol and the Renk River, becoming the tidal salt-flats of the Pleg-Mor Menez-Mikael. The The Cotentin Peninsula rises Northwards, along the Harbor Coast and the treacherous Deroute Passage. After the Contentin is the wide bays of the Pearl coast, where the Sena River empties into the channel. Here, the incandescent waters sparkle like their namesake, reflecting the Gaoithe Sidhe above. The Alabaster and Opal Coasts follow, rising to the Northwest before empyting into the Mor Marv. The Albian Coastline
The Albian Coastline once stretched further to West in the Lyonesse region, but the region was destroyed and submerged in Cadfan's Tempest. Now, the Mor Ailhenn opens directly to the Mor Bras along this southern reef. Kernev Albia marks the first region, followed by Albia Dreger and the large island of Enez-Whit. At Whitecliff, the shining city of Cleopolis overlooks the chalk-white cliffs.Prominent Locations
