Diogo was a child of the Empire, raised in the Academy of Labor. After completing his schooling and specialized training, he began work in the Industrial District manufacturing Miracle Tincture. Diogo lives in Siltshore with three Grenagan male roommates, and rides the Work Barge upriver every day on his commute. Diogo is loyal to the Empire, trusting his superiors and accepting his place.

Diogo works in the Industrial District at a Miracle Tincture manufacturing plant. He works shifts as a distiller, where he dissolves the ground mixtures of herbs and alum in alcohol. He is visited about twice a week by the quality assurance overseer, a Tantani woman. She comes to take measurements and a sample of each batch for testing. Diogo has a soft spot for her and looks forward to her visits. He occasionally has a dream in which they are assigned to each other for a procreation appointment.
Because Diogo has such a large frame, he is frequently asked to assist the loading/unloading crew when shipments of tincture are completed and sent to the Tincture Distribution Center.
Intellectual Characteristics
While being very loyal to the empire and not particularly critically thinking, Diogo is naturally curious. Through his interest in the Tantani QA overseer, he has become curious about the process of testing miracle tincture.
